Looks like you got it lined up pretty good... What is the height of the bridge at the center?
Depending on the strings you use... I would drop the clearance at the end of the fingerboard to 3mm for the e and 4mm for the g.... provided you have the proper scoop in the fingerboard. Did you check to see if the bar and post are equidistant from the center of the bridge?
