Hi,
Near Eastbourne, east Sussex. My advice is to chat with Chris from Cambridge violin makers, he runs a summer workshop but if you can't make it (like I couldn't) they're very helpful anyway.

In later news: I started carving my first scroll today. It's such an enjoyable experience, I'm hooked!
