you can actually draw the form out with a compass and a ruler, after that , there are many u tubes , and forums that you can use. I don't know how you are going to get wood if you can't buy out side the country, although you may have what you need growing there as I am not familiar with your flora.
but yes if you don't have money and you do have time you can make one that will get you started. good luck

If you have access to a printer that can print big enough, you can download free full size plans from this website for a Guarneri Del Gesu violin, the "Ole Bull".

Measure 136mm from the point on the pegbox where the nut and fingerboard meet to the other end.

The neck block is mortised into the top block on an angle. the angle commonly used for the neck block is 85 degrees... the mortise is then adjusted when fitting the neck to ensure that the projection is right for the instrument you're making.

Carving a scroll - step by step - or almost!!! - By MANFIO http://www.violins.ca/forums/viewtopic.php?t=385&start=0
This is a viola scroll, but steps are the same, just use violin measurements from below.

Photo copy a scroll and make sure size is correct, then lightly glue it to the wood.

I printed plans and wanna make Del Gesu violin and start to cut wood for mold of the ribs and some question
1,plans in this file and outlines is for mold of ribs or is for plates? i mean should i cut mold at same measurements and plates a little bigger or cut mold little than plan and make plates by plan?
http://www.landon-violins.com/olebull/Graphics/Plans/ole%20bull%20plans.pdf
2,numbers which are written in circle on ribs are thickness of ribs?(1.4 1.2 1.1)
3,thickness of lining that used for the ribs ?

Hi, I think the plans is from the outlines of the plates. here's a recent thread about making a mould from an outline
http://www.violins.ca/forums/viewtopic.php?t=1538

2) Yes it should be the rib thickness

3) Linings are usually around 2 mm thick, 7-8 mm high[/url]

"35.5 mm length and at the widest area (bottom) has 19.9mm width ."

I'll bet you mean cm, or that is the world's smallest fiddle. Smile

The back lenght is not given on the plans but those numbers seems pretty normal. Maybe you can compare the given measurements of the scroll with the printouts and see if it's the same.

Edit: this page gives 20.3 cm for the lower bout of the violin
